A Brief History of Our Company

1941: Purchased complete interest in Sato Construction
1986: Senshouren real estate division is founded in Kamifurano (just north of town)
1992: Company name changed to Sanei Build Kogyo, Ltd. We also welcomed in our 50th year of operation.
1995: Finished construction of our Sanei building in Sapporo

The town of Furnao is located here in central Hokkaido, 800km northwest of Tokyo. Furano is rapidly developing as an international tourist destination. In winter, people from around the world are enjoying the deep, dry powder snow that the Japanese have loved for many years.
