Kawabuchi Residence
   

The Ijima family was impressed with Sanei`s well thought out, spacious, easy to live in floor plans. They dropped by one of our frequent open houses, "saw with our own eyes, and decided to build with Sanei". They were also impressed by our easy to consult with carpenters, and even though they had many demanding requests, "we couldn`t be more pleased."

 
 
 
  
       
   
     

Ijima Residence

The Ijima`s are a soon to retire couple from the exclusive Aoyama neighborhood of Tokyo. Talks vary between spending half a year here in Furano and the other half in Tokyo, or bearing the winters and completely relocating here.
 
 
  
       
   
     

Munakata Residence
   

The Munakata`s, three generations of farmers all living together, wanted nothing more than a simple home to fit their farming lifestyle. They are pleased with the extra wide hall coming in from the back door (providing extra space when coming in from the farm), the spacious and well balanced kitchen and bathrooms. The lofted ceiling at the front of the home also gives an airy and open feel to the home.
 
 
  
       
   
     

Tamai Residence
   

The Tamai`s had been longing to build a new home for over three years. They finally realized their dream this past summer. Since there are only three in the Tamai family, a simple, one story home was all they desired. Sanei`s price was right, and the Tamai`s moved forward with their long dreamed of plan. The Tamai`s chose all electric heating and cooking, and with the house clad in the latest exterior insulation, they are looking forward to the impending harsh winter conditions.
 
 
  
       
   
     

Matsumoto Residence
   

With retirement approaching, the Matsumoto`s felt it was time for a new home. They saw our brochure in the local paper, attended an open house, and confidently chose to build with Sanei. Our thorough planning stage and customer friendly building process left the Matsumoto`s "completely satisfied."
